When you enter the details of the parcel you want to send, potential couriers will be automatically displayed. If there isn't anyone available at that particular time, you'll be sent a mail as soon as there is someone taking the route you want.

Can I use courier-sharing for sending parcels abroad?
At the moment you can't send parcels abroad, but we're working on it and it will soon be possible.
How does courier-sharing help bring down pollution?
If you buy something through the small ads in a paper or through a site like eBay and you take your car to fetch it (let's say a round trip of 50 miles), 50 miles worth of pollution will have been added to the atmosphere. If your parcel is taken by someone who is in any case doing the trip, you'll have helped reduce CO2 emissions by not using your own car
(go to the section " less CO2 ")
How do I show that I've found a courier for my parcel? How do I give the courier a rating?
You go into your account, then into the "my parcels" section, click on the "messages" link for the courier who'll be taking your parcel. You then click on "Accept the proposal" (above the message, to the left) and your parcel will automatically be removed from the list of parcels awaiting a courier and you can then give the courier your rating.
Locations abroad?
Locations outside France will be available in 2009.
Stop-offs?
A stop-off module is being developed and will be up and running in 2009
What kind of guarantees does the website offer?
The courier-sharing website is an information service that puts people in touch with each other and like any other community site, it cannot guarantee the actual intentions of its members or of its users.
As a precaution, we do, however, require members to give as much information as possible (full contact details, we record the IP address for the connection, while members can also give details of their number plate, which you can easily check when the parcel is delivered, etc.)
